Interesting, but Ben Wallace has far more negative value than that.

It certainly entails som risk for the Lakers but if successful they get three productive players for one.

why would the bulls want to get back 2 small forwards

At this point, Chicago is just going to have to sit Wallace or buy him out. Its foolish to give up tons of assets just to get someone to take him and that's what it would likely take.

Right now, Wallace may actually be one of the worst players in the NBA, regardless of position or age. Him making $15M per year is just sad.

Honesty about the negatives of your own player?

You sir, have no place on this trade board.

Good point.

Come on guys. Wallace just needs a new home. In the right circumstances, he would immediately go back to his DPOY form. We just want 5 unprotected 1st round picks for him.

well he would probably improve going to a contender here he has not heart. Like it was brought up on the bulls board he is the tinman with no heart

While both Wally and Lamar can play SF, Szczerbiak can play SG and Odom PF which is what they'd do under this scenario.

According to 82games Wally is better at SG than SF and plays more at that position. Likewise Odom plays twice as much at PF than SF and is more effective at that position.

The Bulls are broke. I'm trying to fix that. It doesn't make them radically better but what package of those three will? Gordon is a fine player but last time I checked there isn't a huge market for undersized SG's with max contract expectations. Smith has been surprisingly good but Odom is better. Wallace is a guy many of you are willing to trade for Malik Rose.

That's why the Bulls take back two guys who can play SF.

How about:

Odom/Radmanovic/Crittenton/'08 First (Unprotected) for Deng/Wallace/Curry

How about: Chicago sits down the worst offensive player in the history of the NBA (seriously, its quantifiable) who also can't seem to defend or rebound either yet plays 35 minutes per game and then they hang on to their other guys.

Does Deng even want to resign with Chicago?
