Golden State
out: Monta Ellis, Brendan Wright, Al Harrington, Mickael Pietrus, Marco Belinelli, Patrick O'Bryant, future 1st (top-20 protected in 2008, lotto protected in 2009, top-7 protected in 2010, unprotected thereafter)
in: Pau Gasol, Stromile Swift, Mike Miller (obtained w/ JRich TPE), Sergio Rodriguez (obtained w/ Diogu TPE), Juan Carlos Navarro (obtained w/ Diogu TPE), rights to Fran Vazquez
They get bigger and more balanced with this trade. Gasol and Swift will give them the depth at PF/C they have never had before. Miller's shooting will help them, and Rodriguez is a PG that they can develop to take Baron's reins in the future.

Memphis (cut Jacobsen and Brown)

They start over to rebuild. They get Harrington whose versatility and shooting ability should make him a great fit in Iavaroni's system. They also get some prospects such as Brendan Wright, Belinelli, Redick and foreign big man Kammerichs. They unload some long contracts and save money as well, and get some draft picks on top of this.

Orlando
