Miami trades: Jason Williams, Ricky Davis, Mark Blount, 09 1st
Miami receives: Mike Miller, Mickael Pietrus, Brian Cardinal
Memphis trades: Mike Miller, Brian Cardinal
Memphis receives: Ricky Davis, Mark Blount, Patrick O'Bryant, 09 1st from Miami
Golden State trades: Mickael Pietrus, Patrick O'Bryant
Golden State receives: Jason Williams
Why for Miami: They get two good shooters, and a chance to reload. Maybe not for this season, but at least for next season (if they don't make a run they still get to keep this year's lotto pick). I would then probably try to follow up this trade with Haslem and Wright for Ron Artest (although that may belong in another thread).
Why for Memphis: A small downgrade from Miller to Davis, but Ricky's contract expires after this year if they decide they don't want to keep him. Blount's contract is slightly larger than Cardinal's, but he'd be much more useful for Memphis, especially with Darko injured. Blount has shown flashes lately for Miami. They also get a center prospect in O'Bryant. Another 1st rounder couldn't hurt.
Why for Golden State: They get a very good backup PG for a player who is rumored to be unhappy there and will probably leave after this season anyways. The cost is O'Bryant, who doesn't seem to fit in Golden State.
