Why for Miami.
Ricky D has not found his feet in miami, Jwill will resign with miami at the end of the season onthe cheap, Odom will play SF and will create alot for shaq and wade, Tinsley should be able to be controlled by riley like JWill was.

Kobe gets the guy he wants. breakdown of trade Jo 4 Odom & Critteden, Murphy & Owens 4 Kwame & Vlad. and they keep Bynum, Kobe Fisher Walton Ariza Farmar.

Trade out big contracts of JO Murphy & Tinsley. Recieve Expiring contracts of J Will, Ricky D, Kwame. Pick up young player in Critteden and a low 2nd round pick from miami, Leaves indy a bit thin up front but lets Granger, williams, Ike, Critteden to grow.

We'd do it from a Miami perspective, but I think LA would need to throw in a first to even make it half way acceptable for Indy.
