MIN says an easy no.
Ratliff can't be dealt without some expirings coming back. This deal not only doesn't have expirings, but Gadzuric's deal ends in 2011. Ben Gordon wouldn't stick around, and MIN is heavily invested in the swingmen they have. The Wolves have plenty of time to bring lottery pick Corey Brewer along slowly.
I looked at the MIL/MIN deal, and that's closer for MIN, even though Walker expires in 16 months. I just don't think they take Gadzuric without Jaric, exchanging deals of the same length.
If MIN was a part of the deal, they'd be looking for more rebuilding pieces. Perhaps Ben Gordon goes to win-now PHO, and one of those rookies comes back? I don't know .. I don't think MIN can swing this financially without a few expirings.

I did this trade idea from a Minny point of view; I'm not saing that the trade is in favour of wolves, but think about the potential starting five:
Gordon (Foye)
McCants (Foye)
Green (2009 pick, Gomes)
Villanueva (2009 pick, Gomes)

Both deals that involve Milwaukee just remove us. Those are such horriable deals you have no idea how bad Herb Kohl would even laugh if you tried to swing those deals with him just really bad for Milwaukee I am trying to figure out the logic why would even consider this deal and I am still coming up blank... We don't need salary cap relief. On the basis who will sign with Milwaukee without having to overpay them? Also we are not getting rid of Bogut without at least getting a top draft pick in return. That does not mean swapping picks.

I like it for the Bulls, I'd probably be persnickety and try to pull back Noah and offer a first or two but my guess is that if this was a deal in the first place that would be a dealbreaker.
EDIT: Meh, I don't know... I might demand it. Joe Smith is playing exceptional basketball for a flat 5 mil a year, Gordon is a very good scorer and I think Thomas' and Noah's value has been depressed around the league because they're buried behind old man Wallace's entitlement minutes despite the fact that they badly outplay him.
As constructed I think it would thin out the frontcourt too much...
PG:Bell/Duhon/Hinrich
SG:Hinrich/Sefalosha
SF:Deng/Nocioni
PF:Stoudemire/Nocioni
C:Wallace/Gray

Minnesota turns down both without thinking twice.
Brewer is a rookie and his trade value is low, but his long range potential is more important to us
Theo angle has been talked about, but he cannot go for fiscal reasons
Gerald Green will never be a starter for the wolves
We will not trade our 1st this year

As I read the Bulls side of it, I got through the outgoing players and was sure I was going to hate it. Then I saw who we got. I love it!
Seems like the other teams say a hell no though. meh.
Hinrich-Thabo-John Paxson-Scott Skiles-Chris Duhon
Bell-Thabo
Deng-Nocioni
Amare-Nocioni
Wallace-Gray
Actually if I could trade a pick instead of either Noah or Tyrus that would be great, but either way, Chicago loves this, obviously.
