I think orlando needs some help and I think the kings really need to rebuild if we ever truly want to compete for a title.
Bibby

Arroyo
Reddick
Garrity
lotto protected 1st 08
The Kings drop Bibby for a decent prospect in Reddick and a 1st.
Orlando gets a nice PG to help them compete now.
Orlando lineup
Jameer/Dooling
Bibby/Evans
Hedo/?
Lewis/Foyle
Howard/Battie
Orlando's bench is still pretty bad but the starting lineup is scary. Too many shooters for a team to handle and Howard is creating space for all the shooters by drawing so many double teams.

I think the Brad Miller option would be a better one. The Bibby trade doesn't ultimately save them that much money in the long term, so unless orlando wanted Kenny Thomas (yah, yah, I know), the incentive is not huge. Miller's deal is longer, and though he is playing quite, I think the most optimistic observer would have to concider his best days behind him.
It should be said that this is contigent on the Kings decision to carry out an immediate rebuild. If thats not the case, than this trade is less than exciting, but its a solid effort.
