Phoenix gets its much needed post defense and Ammo could produce next season with Nash setting him up.

Charlotte gets Amare and an upgrade over McInnis in Banks

I seriously doubt Phoenix does that.

I really like this for Phoenix because it solves 2 of their glaring weaknesses without really opening up any holes.

Emeka gives them rebounding and post defense. They lose a but of fire power offensively, but Marion would be more than happy to cover in that department. With Marion, Okafor, and Bell they have three solid defenders in the starting lineup that can absolutely guard anyone in the NBA. They also dump banks in this deal.

This deal is good and bad for Pheonix. The good is like what yunggunz said in their post with regards to Emeka Okafor's defense and Marion.

The bad is that the have to worry about resigning Emeka Okafor this offseason to a deal worth at least $12+ million longterm like 5+ years. I am sure Atlanta has the space to make a splash for him and I don't think Phoenix would let that happen. If Emeka Okafor agree's to a extension like Garnett did with Boston this could be a deal that helps both sides.

Charlotte needs to toss in an unprotected 2008 1st rounder to make Phoenix be the slightest interested

Phoenix comes out on top.

Diaw becomes a factor again, the middle closes up and the Suns are no longer pretenders.

I think this makes Charlotte better, too.

Only package they'd take from CHA would be Okafor and Wallace, IMO.

Amare has a lot more trade value than a lot of people think...

I like it...Okafor is just what Phoenix needs and Ammo might be decent if he's getting fed wide open jumpers from Nash.

But I don't think Phoenix would have any use for May, let Charlotte keep him and maybe replace him with something.

Perhaps, but even then he doesn't come close to landing you Oak and Crash.
