No one will touch him until they see if he can play after his injury. Or at least, LAC won't get much more than expirings, a young player, and a pick at best.

Since your expirings are largely Arroyo and Dooling, the Magic would have almost literally no guards after this, no pick to draft any, and only the MLE to fill at least 3 spots. Nice idea, but impracticable.

Bargnani, Kapono, Dixon and this years 1st.

Obviously if Brand proves he's healthy that offer increases, but with no evidence that he'll be the same old guy it'll be lowball offers.

P.S. yes I do think Bosh and Brand could co-exist.

I expanded on Cammo's deal some and tried to make a deal that worked. This would leave us with a line-up of

PG - Arroyo/Knight
SG - Mo Evans/Dooling
SF - Lewi$/Ross
PF - Brand/Cook
C - Dwight/Battie

and the MLE and LLE to get a PG or back-up SF

The Magic could move Garrity's expiring instead of one of those 2 guards. Arroyo, Evans, Bogans would still be around and we would have the MLE and LLE to add a couple guys. I'd gladly do this trade and then sign Darius Washington and whoever the best mid level point guard is.

Haslem+Cook+Ricky+JWill for Brand+Mobley+Ross+Dickau works in the trade checker. The Clips get Cook and Haslem while shedding Mobley's contract. Miami gets Brand, and keeps their lotto pick.
