Why for the Bulls again?

Doesn't make all that much sense for either team. The further-out-of-contention bulls should hold onto the best young player, which is Noah...but he doesn't seem to me to be the kind of guy SA should be trading for right now either.

Why in the world would the Bulls make this deal?
