GS and LA both get depth that fits their respective styles for a playoff push and the future.
Seattle gets their young pg to grow with Durant. They also add a versatile sf/pf that would fit well in the future as a 6th man behind Green and Durant.
Memphis gets a core of young, athletic, skilled players. They all have plenty of time to grow together. They add a pick which is needed for a rebuilding team. They also shed a ton of salary.

*The Ellis for Miller and Farmar portion of the trade is executed seperately using GS's TE.
