From another thread:
Dallas gets: Marion
OKC gets: Stackhouse (waived) + 3M from dallas (buyout + something for the trouble)
TOR gets: 7M TPE.
Followed by:
ORL gets: 7M TPE + Anthony Parker + 3M from Toronto
TOR gets: Turkgulu
This way Toronto gets to keep their MLE/LLE, Dallas gets Marion, OKC gets a million dollars, and ORL gets some depth on the wing and some cash relief. Who refuses this?

Is this even possible. Doesn't sound realistic.

I think it's possible. Stackhouse has a 7M contract, but only 2M are guaranteed, so he gets waived by OKC, and the 3M from Dallas covers the remains of the contract plus a bit to make the trade work. OKC has enough room under the cap to absorb the 7M generating the TPE, and Marion would probably sign for about 7M since no-one is offering him more.
Then, Hedo is gonna be signed for about 9M. As long as Parker doesn't sign for more than 4.25M, the trade will work under the 125% rule (9 * 1.25 = 11.25). Orlando gets 3M for their trouble, and also some flexibility to make moves later on with the TPE.

Nope. This is a classic example of someone trying to combine a TPE with another player in hopes of trying to get a more expensive player.
However, if it is all done as 1 trade, 4 team deal, it would work.
To Orlando: Parker (and may be awarded with a TPE)
To Dallas: Marion
To Toronto: Turkoglu
To OKC: Stack, $3 mil cash
