RealGM T&T Pre-lotto Mock Draft- need more managers

I understand alot of things can happen between today and May... but may I suggest we do this kind of thread before the actual draft and after the lotto happens...

Rules:
1. Each GM is to post their Draft Board BASED on the picking teams.
2. Draft Order is determined based on current standings.

The #24 pick that UTAH holds goes to Minnesota. It's top 17 protected. Maybe actually top 15 protected, there's a goofy year where it drops down before going back up, but either way at #24 it goes to Sota. It would take a monumental collapse by Utah for Minnesota not to get that pick.

(So now, JES12, deviljets7 and others know I'm a Net at heart. I love Kidd as much as ever, and I'm psyched that the Mavs look like they'll make SERIOUS noise in the postseason. But my heart's with the Nets. Gotta keep it real.)
