It's not like he's defending some scrub. I wish Bam was more assertive on offense too, but there's no denying that he's one of the better players in the NBA and has a huge impact on our team, especially on defense.

I think he is a good 3rd option on a team, would be an ideal second option if he could score with more consitensy. Definitely an exelent defender, but to call him a Franchise player is out of this world.

By his mere presence Wade could work his magic in the court and attack the defense at will, Shaq even in 2006 still commanded double teams, he was a force to be reckoned with even at the twilight of his career. Bam can only wish he could be 1/3 of the player Shaq was.

No it was not, we had like an allstar team, exellent complementary players, how can you say it was a one man show. Wade did what he was supposed to do being the main piece in that team, but Jason Williams, Antoine, Haslem, Shaq, Posey even Mourning contributed in a big way not only to get there but to win it all.
