encouraging play. they need to play more. we played with purpose. some shaky hands out there you can tell they were nervous. Orlando Robinson surprised me. Highsmith needs to be gone though.
1. Herro 2. Bol Bol 3. Seko 4. Bruno
unless we trade up for Barrett or trade down for PJ Washington

- Shot 33% and took 24 shots tonight. Still was the one who took the last shot in OT even though he missed like 10 straight 3s.
- Sucked at defense as always. Even got lost on the defensive play that let Kuzma wide open on that 3.
- team worst -7 tonight

Max Strus - $1,815,677 ... none of it guaranteed

There's your answer. He's tied for 1th best paid player on the team. He's earning less than UD is. High expectations come with high salaries. At $1.8 mil Strus is going to be cut all the slack, especially when his overall season performance is OK, and especially when he's outperforming the guy making $17 million. Max is outperforming his salary. If everyone was, this team would be doing much much better.

Up for this.

He played OK overall. Everyone is rightly losing their **** because Spo buried him for the final ~ 17 minutes, but it's not like he was wrecking it out there. 18 pts & 6 rebs & 0 turnovers in 30 minutes of action, but also 0 ast & 0 stls & 0 blks and he only shot 40% FG & 33% 3pt%.

I'm sure he'll play better as he gets his stamina up and gets used to NBA action. We may have a keeper.

Our entire teams numbers from last night were ugly, but we scrapped like hell until the very end.

Rightttttt.....those are merely allstar numbers per 36

No. Not at those percentages.

He got to the line 10 times and drained 9 of them.

.625 TS%. - Highest on the team and excellent in any context.

Not playing him is purely indefensible.

Had a horrible nightmare last night. We were in Washington up 5 with 1 minute left and somehow let them force overtime. To make matters worse we actually ended up losing the game in OT while the Wizards only managed to score 3 points!!

Thank god it was just a dream, choking away a game like that is impossible

Yea I’m not buying the Jovic being tired stuff. Dudes 19 and has been pro for a couple years now. Those young legs should allow him to play longer than anyone

So i guess we need to fire Spo because hes protesting the leagues trend towards whiteness.

No, that can't be it.

I think Lowry is trying to show other teams that he still has game left in the tank, and to trade for him.
For a long time it gave me nightmares, witnessing an injustice like that. It’s a constant reminder of just how unfair this world can be.I can still hear them taunting him, Silly Rabbit tricks are for kids.I mean why couldn’t they just give him some cereal?

Games played with that kind of effort can only be played so many times in a season unfortunately.

The Celtics were struggling at this time last year too and they won the title. Who knows what this season can still bring.

Jovic has been improving as well. Looks less like a turnstile.

Things might be as same as they ever were. Just get healthy and make a late playoff push with whatever reinforcement we may get.

The league has a lot of parity. Not a sexy talking point but it might be the actual case.

This is good enough to go in the positive posts only thread.

He drew 10 FTs. And that's odd he has no assists because I swear he had a few. He should have some hockey assists to say the least and his cutting and decision making are profound compared to the g-leaguers on the team.

18 and 6 and a team best +6 on the night. Benching him for the final 17 minutes for *checks notes*…Orlando Robinson was some wild Spo chit.

I will say Robinson looked solid, but it would be nice to get an explanation as to why Spo froze the rook out when he was having a good night.

Yeah but he had a team best +6 because he sat the part of the game when the team ran out of gas and faded. That may not have held up if he had played. But you're right, there was no good excuse to sit him. I'm sure he was gassed, but he's 19. He can suck it up.

Idk about that. It seems every time he was on the court, we did better. And yeah he went to the bench with 7 minutes left as he was gassed. But to not touch the court again, even in OT? I guarantee his wind came back after a couple of minutes on the bench in the 4th.

His stamina still isn't where it needs to be, but it has improved tremendously since the beginning of the season. Kid is putting in work. Really can't teach IQ and that kid has it in spades.
