It's been 10 years I think they both over it. I mean Lebron went back to Dan Gilbert. I think the whole beef is now overplayed. Lebron gotta decide if he wants one more crack at a chip or to live in LA. If he wants a chip, Miami makes a lot sense for both parties where we can get him without sacrificing our depth or loosing our stars

Give up that pipe dream. Lebron is not wearing a Heat jersey ever again. He’s entrenched in LA till he hangs it up.

I don't know if there's a decent pg available in the market except for Trae who would be too expensive. If we keep our pick this year we should use it on a PG.

Problem is our pick is Top 14 protected and this team is hell bent on making it to the playoffs. Will have to develop Bouyea or Dru Smith in the mean time. Will have our pick in 2024 once to 2023 conveys to the Clips. I feel like Lowry makes a great fit for the Wolves if they are looking to move D’Lo Russell and try to recoup something for him if they don’t plan on extending him. Feel like a third team needs to be involved as Russell is not a fit here

So, we almost blew another lead? I'll take any win at this point. If the trend continues .500, here we come!

They're a game over 500. They'll make the playoffs or play in, a 100 % guaranteed. There's just to many teams that are way worse in the East.

I know they are a game over .500....thats why I said ".500 here we come". They get 1 game over and lose 2, rinse and repeat.

We put the clamps on them pretty well in the fourth.. lakers were trending to score over 110.. lakers only scored 8 points in the final 8 minutes and 22 seconds.. that is lock down defense.

Wanted to see our bubble team beat them. Especially when they acquired AD who turned in to the best jump shooter in league history that Finals.

Other than that, I have started to appreciate ball dominant players less over time. Lebron is amazing but I don't follow him anymore.

Lebron was great last night. Bam, Jimmy, Caleb, & Gabe gve him lots of headaches. Lakers with AD would have been a better match.

Lakers are going to pull off a blockbuster here soon with Westbrook’s deal and there 2 1st round picks. It’s inevitable. After Jan 15th all the trade pieces will come into play. No way in hell the Lakers are gift wrapping Lebron to the Heat for our assets.

This is why you can't go off +/- in the boxscore to see the true impact on both sides of the ball(which is what NBA.COM goes with for ORTG and DRTG). Basketball-Reference has the calculated ORTG and DRTG for each game in their advanced stats to try to see what their true impact was for each side of the ball.

https://www.basketball-reference.com/boxscores/202212280MIA.html

Going off the calculated ORTG and DRTG from Basketball-Reference for this particular game...
Player ORTG, DRTG
Martin 214, 105
Butler 146, 91
Bam 128, 101
Vincent 132, 110
Herro 116, 105

Oladipo 62, 95
Strus 62, 113
D.Robinson 156, 112
O.Robinson 65, 111

Oladipo, I understand Oladipo's offense is going to take time, but you can't wait forever (although we don't see what the coaching staff sees in practices). I'd expect some time in early February Spoelstra is going to have to make a decision if Oladipo's role will need to be restricted to defensive specialist for the betterment of the team. It's unfortunate he had another setback but at some point, you have to make decisions about players roles and prepare for the playoffs (which also means having to trade for a more offensive player in his place for this year).
