This is why you can't go off +/- in the boxscore to see the true impact on both sides of the ball(which is what NBA.COM goes with for ORTG and DRTG). Basketball-Reference has the calculated ORTG and DRTG for each game in their advanced stats to try to see what their true impact was for each side of the ball.

Player ORTG, DRTG
Martin 214, 105
Butler 146, 91
Bam 128, 101
Vincent 132, 110
Herro 116, 105
Oladipo 62, 95
Strus 62, 113
D.Robinson 156, 112
O.Robinson 65, 111
Oladipo, I understand Oladipo's offense is going to take time, but you can't wait forever (although we don't see what the coaching staff sees in practices). I'd expect some time in early February Spoelstra is going to have to make a decision if Oladipo's role will need to be restricted to defensive specialist for the betterment of the team. It's unfortunate he had another setback but at some point, you have to make decisions about players roles and prepare for the playoffs (which also means having to trade for a more offensive player in his place for this year).
