My NBA fantasy is to poach Luka from Allas, win a ring with him, and forever break the hearts of Wahvs fans

Looking at the calculated ORTG and DRTG from last night's game.

Luka had a 138 ORTG and a 130 DRTG, overall +8 (over 100 possessions each way), he was hurt with 3 TOs (3 offensive possessions he threw away) and also helped with 2 stls(2 defensive possessions he stopped).

Butler had a 185 ORTG and 128 DRTG, overall he was +57(over 100 possessions each way), having 0 TOs helps greatly while also getting 1 stl. Don't waste possessions!

It's pretty crazy that Butler is having the 5th best calculate ORTG-DRTG in the last 25 years while only Bam and now Zeller are the other positive ORTG-DRTG in the current rotation.

Butler +23
Zeller +8 (small sample size)
Bam +4
Martin -1
Lowry -1
Strus -4
Love -5 (small sample size)
Herro -6
D.Robinson -12 (not in the rotation but tossing it out there)
Vincent -13 (and he's starting?)
Oladipo -14 (not in the rotation but tossing it out there)

So only Butler and Bam have been the calculated net positive players for Miami throughout the year.

OK now back to reality, bam can Take us to another level... So can hero... JB too... spo is a good coach, But he has gone astray this season, The signals were there of what was his intention... Just Hope it hasn't Affected bam and hero that much... jb is a rock and Knows how to play So I'm not worried

Does anybody think the Dallas would do something like JB and Hero for Luca?

Luka would have to force his way out. And he's locked up long term, so he wouldn't get to dictate where he'd go.

Every single board on RealGM has fans with Luka Dream trades. Luka and Dallas have both stated numerous times they are both happy and Luka ain't going nowhere and I believe them as Luka is very happy in Dallas long term. Won't stop fans from making dream trade ideas though.

Absolutely not. We don't have the value they would want in the event Luka wanted to leave...at all.

Trust me, most of us on this board know better. Very unlikely Luka will be available at all barring some unforseen collapse.

Question is, will we be able to net a package better than Grant Williams + expirings

What about for Dwight Powell and Wood from Dallas? All our problems would be solved
