Adam Himmelsbach: Just one wrong call on the Last Two Minute report from Game 2: Gabe Vincent didn’t foul Tatum on his 3-pointer in the final minute. Tatum kicked his leg out.

As long as Jimmy and Bam are here i agree.

Don’t worry they will be, with a revamped roster and possibly 3rd All star :o

I would love to have him here. He has so much fire and grit. Defense, threes, hustles. Why not, unless he's looking for a bag.

Obvious make-up call for the Struss shuffle. It was disgusting how Tatum was reffed last night, any contact whatsoever with him was a foul.

Really fun game tonight, we’ve had the 2 best players in the series so far and the other guys are stepping up huge. What a massive game from Caleb.

Also reports are saying Strus market is going to be 3/20 so basically the Caleb contract, I’ll take it

If we get to the Finals & Strus turns into Mike Miller against OKC, he's gone. He'll be worth WAY more than 3/20 lol

If we can trade him for Dame, I wouldn't be mad.

As I said on the GB, lots of overreactions. IMO, it basically comes down to the Celtics shooting an absurd % from 3. The likely scenario is a reversion to the mean and reasonable shooting covers for the Celtics's mistakes/shortcomings....whatever you want to call them.

I won't go through the shooting %s again, but Miami cannot count on Boston continuing to shoot so poorly.
Reverse holds true also. Miami hasn't been great from three either.....and we're talking about largely the same group of guys who contributed on the best 3pt shooting team in the league (started off miserably this year.....came around some post ASB). Lots of room for improvement on that front.

After shooting 34% from 3 for the year (27th in the NBA), Miami shot something like 45% from 3 against the Bucks ; they then shot 30% from 3 against the Knicks. In 2 games against Boston, Miami has shot 44% from 3.

To put that in perspective, only 2 teams have shot over 40% from 3 for a season in the last 10 years: the Clippers and the Warriors (2 times), and they shot around 41-42%. In the last 4 seasons, Miami has been Jekyll and Hyde from 3:

19-20: reg season 38%, playoffs 36%

20-21: 36% , 33.6%

21-22: 38% , 31%

22-23: 34% , 37.6% (so far)

In essence, Miami's 3-point shooting for the playoffs is about as good as it gets from this group. The shooting against the Bucks and against the Celtics (so far) is beyond elite by any standard. What would be unexpected is for Miami to continue shooting 40% from 3 in this series/these playoffs, but that is certainly possible over a short span of games.

The tougher defensive teams are on the East i believe. Once we take out the East i can see us feast on 3s in the finals....omg i just said finals, can you believe this sh*t.
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

I could sense that we were finally getting some respect from around the league and news sources.

But after last night I believe it is Almost set in stone denver-Miami final.

And we win! even the Butler to Michael Jordan dna testing will start.

Am I getting ahead of myself or what?

A little bit maybe. We still have a tough road to hoe. Finish BOSTON first. Then we'll put together the expedition to knock the Nuggets off the mountain. I trust these guys to stay serious and get the work done.

I wouldn’t be mad at $10M a year tbh. He’s a far more complete player than Duncan

Starting forward on a contender playing in the conference finals? Strus will get offers of 3/50.

Also, attentive fans have noticed that Robinson's game has greatly diversified. He commits fewer fouls and has a great 2-man cutting game with Bam. Those plays have helped us score when Boston has tightened on us. They are part of the reason we are 2-0.
