On the game; I really like the way the team won. My belief is that the way it all played out will have the team in a good mindset for G3. I’ll be baffled if they show up like G4 of ECF

Mike Miller was playing less than 15 mpg his last season in Miami.

LeBron did NOT hinge his decision on Mike Miller lol. It did serve as one of many convenient narratives for him to point to try to excuse his actions.

Duncan Robinson mpg 2022-2023 season : 16

Was someone other than Spo deciding how much to play Duncan?

Why am I entertaining this? I guess it’s the sacrifice us fans make for the much needed extra day between finals games.

You brought up Miller's minutes per game in the reg season as justification for cutting him

Im showing you Duncan averaged only 16mpg.... yet was still able to contribute in the playoffs

Mike as a lethal sharpshooter who won us some big playoff games. Who is to say he wouldnt have been able to come in and drop 5-6 3pters and win some for us too.

Mickey was totally wrong for that.

Mickey may have been wrong for it. But, Mike Miller would absolutely not have been the difference in the 2014 finals.

LeBron left by his own design.

Was flat out with a work deadline yesterday and missed the game. I also partly think I’m a jinx as I see all the losses, miss the wins, disappear for 5 minutes and we go on runs.

Watched the mini version of the match. **** we played well. Spo has a well oiled machine running far greater than the sum of its parts.

Hopefully Caleb will recover from his illness and dominate a game or 2 at home here. We narrowly dodged history and now playing for our own history making achievement.

Mike Miller was injured half the time he was here, Micky wasn’t wrong - its a business.

Talk of Mike Miller made me look up his wikipedia page to see what he’s been up to. HS coach now. But also had this tidbit. Everything is connected.

On September 30, 2015, Miller signed with the Denver Nuggets.[24] Miller was instrumental in the early development of teammate Nikola Jokić.[25] The two players share a special friendship to go along with their mentor/mentee relationship and even share the same birthday.[26]

All this crying over the Nuggets only getting 2 more free throw attempts than we did in game 2. :nonono:
