I’m about as smart as it is and my knowledge is telling me we need more from Jimmy. He needs to impose his will take 4 and be the best player on the court for the first time this series

Blah, blah, blah. In a perfect world, Jimmy wouldn't be injured and would be averaging 40 like he did in the Milwaukee series, but you stay crying about his effort level like the rest of the spoiled fans on this board.

Jimmy has been a disappointment, but it's hard to get on his case too much with the garbage he has around him. Everyone rightly credits the role players when they play well, but ... well, they don't always play well.

Love is shooting 28.6% FG but at least he's at 36.4% 3pt

Max has just been abysmal. 18.5% FG (that is NOT a typo) and 21.7% 3pt. I mean

Caleb has shot 44.4% 3pt but only 31.6% FG

Zeller ... if Zeller signs with the Nuggets next season, there needs to be an investigation.

We need more role players to have a positive impact each game going forward (offense and defense) or we're done.

If the series comes down to Jimmy and Bam vs Jokic and Murray in a scoring contest we are going to lose.

lots of tentative shots, players were afraid to shoot. Their strategy as it should be was to dominate our paint. We played Jokic well but cant let the Browns on the world outplay you. Nuggets eared it with effort beating us to loose balls and overall effort and energy. We looked lost all game. Gotta get the next one.

I'm glad someone else noticed. Guys with open looks pulling the ball down with no idea where to pass to. Guys were refusing to fire if there was a defender in the same area code. Guys need to know when they catch it if it's going up or where they are swinging to. Otherwise it gives the defense time to catch up to the ball movement.

Dudes were playing hot potato all night passing up open looks. Jimmy and Bam were tossed a ton of late shot clock grenades and had to force up looks without rhythm. We absolutely need them to be better on converting on some of those. But man, we can’t be passing up clean open 3 point looks that the offense worked to generate.

No one wanted to shoot the ball last night. It was infuriating.

I’m a biased fan, but that was the worst reffing against us since game 3 vs NY. Jokic conservatively should have had 3 fouls just in the first quarter. Instead somehow they all went to Gabe on the other end.

Seems like a recurring thing that Jokic should be fouled out in multiple games, hm

Here's the Heat problem -- they can beat any team but they can't beat EVERY team because their scrubs (yes, scrubs) will not be consistent enough to get them through the playoffs (they'll have at least one bad series).

Spo can say that the undrafted players thing is played out, but that doesn't make these guys any more talented. We have a bunch of randos in our starting lineup and rotation, and we hope that at least a couple of them are hot on any particular night. It's a rough way to try to win a championship, but it has gotten us this far. We just need guys to catch fire again for a few more games. If that happens then we have a shot to take down the Nuggets. If not ... well it was a nice run.

I would need to rewatch to confirm, but at least in the first half it legitimately felt like every time there was a clear foul by Jokic on defense that went uncalled, Miami would immediately get whistled for a phantom foul on the next possession. It legitimately felt like the ref was swallowing the whistle for Jokic despite seeing the foul and just had to scratch the itch to call a foul so they would do so to our detriment. Truly absurd.

Make him work harder on defense ... and for god's sake no more Cody Zeller.

Very difficult to make him work hard on defense... One of the main attributes The Joker has, is that he doesn't have to work hard, playing is 2nd nature to him.

That's being said ...we have to become an offensive organism and go against the grain of teams in the playoffs... The only way we will win is if Denver is attacked on every side... very precise machine guns who Nobody Can Plan for... Every player on the team gets 8 points... everybody shoots

So here we go again, just like clockwork...we lose a game & we put our entire team under the bus. Intolerable behavior.

Man i don't give a f*ck if we lose the finals & i have a lot of money invested on Heat for the Championship. We've done a hell of a job just to get here in spite of all the many obstacles we've gone through. I've enjoyed every moment of it form wins and losses.

It's not failure if we lose here.....failure is Bucks, Knicks & Boston losing to us......we've simply survived w/ what we've got & show casing the very culture that many will ridicule if we lose but it's because of our culture that we've made it this damn deep. But i could care less about the noise - just like our team doesn't.

What i do know is we're not going to go out w/out a fight. We go out swinging. If Nuggets are to win this title they're going to have to earn this sh*t.

Either way i have us taking gm4 & going back into Denver tied.
