For sure. I just try to bring a sense of humor to the mix here. I could see how that might be construed as "bullying" sometimes. lol

Couple of important dates coming up on these cap saving non guaranteed salaries. Would be nice to deal Duncan for one so we can gain some flexibility.

Getting very tiering with this guy.

Make a decision and move on, enough with the drama.

It will only be tiring & frustrating if you keep following this whole Dame thing. This thing may drag for 2 weeks or months. Spare yourselves the agitation & move on until something concrete is reported.
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

I just said what the possibility of Miami currently testing the market for Herro would be since his contract goes up 20+ million July 1st with a team that may be in the 2nd tax apron. You should really go read up at what happens when you go into the 2nd apron, it's not good.

This was just an answer only to why Miami was testing the market out but since you asked how trading Herro would have worked...

21-22 - Herro was a 6th man, Miami was first in the East, they went to game 7 of the ECF while Herro poured in 12.6 points per game.
22-23 - Herro was a starter, Miami came in 7th in the East, almost lost 2 play-in games, he got hurt and Miami got to the finals.

Out of 41 career playoff games, Herro has had 6 20+ point games for Miami and is slated to make nearly ~30 mil a year. He's averaging 14.0 ppg in the playoffs which includes the great 37 point game he had against the Boston to help Miami beat Boston by 3.

Vincent, who got to shoot the ball with Herro out had 5 20+ point games this last playoffs and played better defense then Herro and will command a much smaller contract then Herro because of his age.

I think Miami would have been just fine which might also be another reason they're testing out the market for what they might be able to get for him.

Miami came 7th because Oladipo who was supposed to be the 6th man could not hold up his end of the bargain and we had no bench leadership. As soon as Lowry went to the bench the team started to look more balanced. We just took way too long to do it. Gabe, Strus and DUncan put together don't get you the value of Herro so who do you think will be shed if you need to look at salary?

I'd let Gabe and Strus walk, would love to move Robinson but you'd have to seen assets out with him.

Even with Miami just letting those guys walk, Miami is still in the tax and quite possibly into the 2nd apron, this was an issue I was talking about last offseason, Miami should have moved Robinson or Lowry for an expiring or expiring's this last season so it wouldn't be an issue but now there's an issue because of the new CBA. Miami still has to get up to 14 players on the active roster.

Truth, he needs to demand Miami and Miami only. Mikal Bridges ain’t enough; but diva’s are gonna diva.

This. He needs to demand Miami. If he doesn’t, it WILL cost us the farm, and even then, might not be enough.

As I stated several days ago. These players need to make Miami their ONLY preference otherwise it's KD & Beal all over again.

Let's say he does choose to leave Portland, like i've been saying, dude simply answered a hypothetical question but he will have a list. Miami may not be the only team. There may be teams not asked that he may also have his eyes on.

I hope i'm wrong but again i'm not going to play these gm's no more. I'm confident FO will do their best in making the right decision for this team.

**haha he crying to admins to edit my replies now. Cute.
