This is also what it's all about gents. Finding, developing, opportunity, earning & being rewarded. It's not just about Championships. We have a lot to thank him for & he has a lot to thank Miami in return. This is also part of our culture.

Can’t help but be happy for him. Said so during the finals. Heat shouldn’t bring him back. His cost would be too much for what this team needs. Not in a sport that has a salary cap. Great value at his old contract but can’t pay all of our role players their market value. His hard work has set him for life though.
