Depends, are we a top seed like we were last time we had the 6MOY? If so it’s money well spent. Money not well spent is 23M for a guy who can’t score or defend in his current role

Larsson was making rotation mistakes in the first half thats why he didn't return. Spo is focused on getting the offensive system right. Looks like Bam, Love, Butler and Herro will be point from here on out until Jaquez and Rozier returns.

Herro - terrible game overall, monster 3rd , nice dimes all game.
Butler - makes it look so easy, that's what talent looks like
BAM - terrible game, doesn't have a consistent spot on the floor yet. Didn't exploit all the mismatched.
Jrich - wth is he on the floor
Love, Duncan, HH all did well.
Burks - good decisions all game, won't hesitate to shoot.
DRU - about time, was calling for him before the game, I got my wish. Solid night.

Winning is nice but this game was concerning. Herro was shook and never really played well with Jimmy. Looked frustrated in the 4th at not getting passes back but stayed professionally. Jovic was aggressive and did nice things and got rewarded with the bench. Somehow it felt more like they lost the game more than we won it. Still have yet to see heat firing on all cylinders.

Good games from our "big 3" tonight.
Bam was bad offensively, but great defensively. I think we'll eventually get used to that being just what it is.
Tyler wasn't as efficient because of a bad shooting first half, but played a great overall game, and made sure there was no turd.
And Jimmy was Jimmy. Great return game from him.

Nah. Jimmy was great the other two didn't play that well. Herro had a great bounce back in the 3rd quarter tho to seal the game. But it was the bench that saved them in the 2nd otherwise this is a loss. They won so it doesnt matter

I will concede that saying Bam had a good game is a stretch. But I don't feel like going in on his offense anymore, so its not even worth it. I do think Herro had a good game overall though, but agree to disagree.

Then he shouldn't have gotten that 50 mil per year extension. At the end of this team issues boil down to our max players not living up to their salaries. When you're on that 50 mil salary range you need to be giving all nba performances. When you are on the 35 - 40 mil max, you need to be allstar or borderline allstar level.
Butler as an all nba level player consistently is done. He should be moved this trade deadline. Herro and Bam are now on evaluation. If by end of the season they are not on the allstar level then there's no point in building around these two. Just nuke it rebuild.
Bam needs to be way better. He got paid he got to deliver. Herro has shown he has turned the corner. But consistently needs to be their. One bad game here and there is fine. But not 2 or 3 in a row.
