Spo is going to have to change his plan and come up with a new coaching strategy. Without Jimmy the dynamics is completely different.

He already has the playbook. Play like they did in playoffs without Jimmy. First Duncan has to start. Then lean heavily into 3 point shooting. With Duncan, Jovic and Herro that's 3 guys who are great shooters. The message to them is let it rip anytime you are open. They have to take the 1st open shot they get, even i it's ins't great. They don't have the penetration or speed to get better shot. Shoot 3s, shoot them as soon as you are open and limit turnovers and offensive boards

I think he was going through a divorce at that time. He also briefly mentioned in a podcast that this wasn't the full story but didn't elaborate any further. So maybe there is more to it.

Also let’s stop with 1 game sample size knee jerk reactions like this nonsense. We have very solid wins without Jimmy this year (@Minny, @Indy, @Houston, @Orlando) this performance has been a major outlier to the norm. We played Indy for better without Jimmy than with but yes you will be better if you don’t have $50M worth of dead weight not on your team any more, Jimmy wasn’t making up a 40 point difference. This is a fluke game although disappointing because it’s the last home game before a 6 game trip and we’ve talked about how crucial this month is with the lightened up schedule.

Also the starting lineup change was very stupid.

Bam and Herro are weak 2nd and 3rd options and now become weaker 1st n 2nd options.

Play out the season and decide in the offseason. Give Bam and Herro a larger sample size of games to show you something. And this performance may be a blessing in the long run. From the reports Heat were looking for players that could help the win now instead of picks & assets. But after this game no way FO can justify going in that direction

I think it's pretty obvious what's been going on with him... there's obviously something missing this season, which coincides with a big change in his personal life.

Heat lost the game as expected. I,like jovic’s effort last night but 1 rebound? He needs to do something about that because being 6’10 and 1 rebound is considered unacceptable and my head hurts when I see bam with only 4 points. I wonder if bam needs to be more involved on offense so he would be more productive? Sometime it seems like he just gives up when he’s not part of the offense scheme in certain sequences
