This seemed outlandish and I had to look.
Fred Van Fleet: Mixed race. Ok.
Zach Lavine: Mixed race. Ok.
Gordon Hayward: Played Small Forward. Ok.
Kyle Korver. Bing. Played SG in AS year in 2015, white.
Jason Kidd: Mixed race. Ok.
Wally Szczerbiak: Small Forward. Ok.
2000: John Stockton.
1995: Dan Majerle: Small Forward. Ok.
1994: Mark Price etc.
So ok this was not true. Korver 10 years ago was a white American guard selected as an All-Star. You can argue 12.1 ppg did not deserve an All-Star berth.
Before that it was Stockton 25 years ago. Before that you have to go back 31 years for Mark Price.
Not sure the metric is great for segregating white American guards, but if you do, 2 in 30 years is an astounding stat.

Did a background check on your background check
Looks like he was an injury replacement, so technically not an all-star selection, but replacement.
And the injured player he replaced, one Dwyane Wade!

On the other, boy is he a guy who could have benefited if his career had started 10 years later, he might be a multiple time all-star. I could easily see him averaging 20+ in this NBA and being a team's #2 or #3 option. OK maybe not #2, but he was absolutely lights out from 3, arguably the best pure shooter that doesn't get mentioned enough. People talk about J.J. Redick like that, but Korver was better.
