Josh hart is more reckless. He borders on intentionally injuring people. If he did'nt cause jimmy to twist his ankle, who knows.

Guys on Locked On just made that Hart comp to Larsson

Guys on the Heat broadcast made the Majerle comp

Both pretty good comps

Josh Hart comparison is a great one. He has a long way too go in the 3 point department for the Dan Majerle comparison. Either way he's a rugged 6'5 220 pound 2/3 player who's an absolute dog.

This game was a microcosm of Tyler's growth as a player. Last season (or any other in his career), if I looked and saw he shot 7/18 without seeing the rest of the boxscore, you could safely assume it would have been like 16 points, 3 assists, 3 or 4 turnovers, an inefficient ineffective performance probably coupled with poor defense and a loss.

Except actually it was 25 points (efficiency due to getting to the line), 9 assists with zero turnovers, acting as the offensive engine against an elite team (who arguably wasn't trying very hard but still...), and not killing us defensively either. This is a different player, and now you get games like this where he completely steers the offense even when his shot isn't there (only 2/6 from 3).

Every shooter is going to have off nights. With Tyler, hes able to impact the game when hes not shooting a high %. Its great to see the growth. Especially since Boston ate his cookies last playoffs.

Meh, again outside of the height and build that's it. Sure they hustle, but what player don't? I don't like hart. He is the type that will stand under a jump shooter. Just like him, mitch robinson flops on a teams leg and acts like its an accident. I dont like those types of players.

Hart comp starts with the defensive effort. Both are ‘in your grill’ type of physical defenders who will annoy and exhaust their assignments.

Minus the shooting, the Marjerle comp is pretty spot on, imo.

Obviously Pelle has a ways to go to legitimize the comp, but in general, his toughness, IQ, court awareness, and defensive capabilities reminds me of a smaller version of Thunder Dan.
