Lakers Receive
Shaq and Miami's 2009 first round pick

Orlando Receives

Vlad Radmonovic

This would give you incredible cap flexibility to make a run at either elton brand or Gilbert Arenas in the summer.

Yeah, so umm, we are NOT trading a 1st to dump Shaq for Crittenton. Oh, and Orlando gets screwed. Though, Radman is like a carbon copy of Lewis and Hedo so they might like it, IDK.
