If you have the kids at your place and your ex is on his way over to pick them up and your marriage got trashed because you were banging some other guy, it's a bad idea to be banging that guy when your ex shows up.

The man that former NBA star Glen Rice allegedly beat, has decided to drop his charges against the sharpshooter, according to the Associated Press.

Apparently he wanted to show his bruised dick as evidence, but it wouldn't stand up in court.
