Again, he got spotty, scrub minutes in PHX and he could use some legit PT in order to determine if he would work in your system. It couldn't hurt to try and start him a couple of games could it?
I think a Wade/Banks backcourt is more complimentary than a Wade/Williams backcourt. Banks is a much better defender as well.
As long as you don't let Banks run the show, things will be fine. He has zero court vision.

Agreed. It's also noteworthy to point out that Banks is shooting 38% from downtown.
Career high is only 27 threes in his rookie season.
His three point percentage throughout his career:
1. 31% Rookie
2. 36% 2nd year
3. 35% 3rd year
5. 17% 4th year
6. 39% This Year
Lets see what he can do with a little more playing time. Good defense plus hitting 3s is what we need around here.

I think he's finally going to get a consistent, fair chance for the first time in his career. Especially with the Heat and Riley, who value defense, quickness, and helps that Banks is a big guard (mass-wise) and tough.
It's always been guys in front of him, or erratic oppurtunity, or basically no oppurtunity.
I also think with that chance, he'll fit in with the core guys, and system.
I think you guys should have a nice pick-up. That a lot of people aren't looking into much, because of their limited perspective on Banks and the Heat.
I've been a Banks supporter since his Boston days.
Yup.

I think he could find his niche in Miami alongside DWade, something he hasn't been able to do thus far in his career. Face it, he was in a horrible situation in Boston followed by backing up a 2 time MVP, he hasn't really been given a proper shot.
Yup.
