For some reason I feel that Lakers fans and Heat fans are gonna be closer now because of the trade.

I know that the only fans I can't stand are Suns and Celtics fans

Amazing. This post made during some pretty dark days. And now, just 31 days later, instant sunshine. The post has lost its legs.

I'm a season ticket holder for 20 years and have never been as depressed about the Heat as in the last six weeks. I probably sat home and threw my tickets away for about 10 games; $800 bucks down the drain.

So while this sort of post would be blasphemous to some of the Lakers fans who hold a grudge against Shaq and by association the Miami Heat, I'm not one of those guys (life is too short). There is reason to perk up. If the NBA has taught us anything, it's that it can be very unpredictable at times.

Cheers!

I hate Shaq, but I'm a big fan of Shawn Marion.. and I will be rooting for the HEAT in the East! Marion and Wade is a killer combo...
