The only reason you guys should trade Marion for is if you want to keep your chances at winning the lottery high. If not, keep Marion....he's a great player.

Marion is about the best player you could have added next to Wade. His ability to defend from PG to PF is impressive. Play him at SF and you have someone great. He was the only player on the Suns as a Laker fan that I didn't hate. With his rebounding from out of nowhere, Haslem's attitude, and an athletic center from the draft the frontline would be set.

The only other worry would be who mans the backcourt? The bonus here is that you can play a multitude of players next to Marion because he can guard SGs and SFs very well. In fact:

PG- Wade
SG- Wright
SF- Marion
PF- Haslem
C- rookie center

Might be something great...

I can see Wade becoming one of the best PGs in the league and this roster doesn't even require any trade additions.

Yeah, whoever we get from the JWill trade is just icing on the cake with the (most likely) top 5 pick on the way. I'm hoping to get a mid-late 1st back for him, to fill both the backcourt needs (Beasely/Jordan/Hibbert and Collison or Rose and Hardin/Lopez for example).

The Heat can easily be back to elite-status in the East next year with one or two smart decisions and DWade's recovery. A good portion of the roster seems set already if Wright and Quinn re-sign:

PG- ...... / Banks/ Quinn
SG- Wade/ Cook
SF- Marion/ Wright
PF- Haslem/ Marion/ AJ
C- ...... / Blount/ Anthony

A tough center and a shooting PG are really the only needs.

cant the heats tank even with marion on the roster? I reallt think marion would complemant wade really well. Add a pg like derrik rose or oj mayo and heats are ready to win again in the pitiful eastern conference.

i really hope wade swallow his pride and just tank this season.
