I thought there would be a lot of little deals today, although they can be announced after 3PM too, just the final call to the league has to be by 3.

From chat with ford--Any Miami Heat News? Please say, Yes, they can't be done yet.

Chad Ford: (2:34 PM ET ) I hear they're still trying to get Mike Miller also talking to Denver about Nene ... but I haven't heard anything definitive yet.
