Lasme

Post#1 » by HIF » Sat Apr 12, 2008 10:19 am

Just read that the heat has an option for Lasme for next year but haven't read anything on here about it. Any more information guys?

In theory I think it's a good move and hope we do the same with Powell. Options certainly don't cost much and if these guys can be 10 and 11 on the roster its worthwhile.

Also must mean goodbye Earl, surely.
I remember when the Dolphins were perennial contenders

Winderman mentioned in his blog last night that the Heat doesn't hold an option for Kasib Powell next season.

For the same price, I'd probably go with Powell or Wright, so if some other team decides to give Dorell even half the MLE, I'd just go ahead and re-sign Powell to a lesser contract and let Dorell go.
For a long time it gave me nightmares, witnessing an injustice like that. It’s a constant reminder of just how unfair this world can be.I can still hear them taunting him, Silly Rabbit tricks are for kids.I mean why couldn’t they just give him some cereal?

I agree with that, but i base it solely on the fact that if he looks like Bruce Bowen he should be able to defend like him too.

He should change his name to Bowen. Might confuse a ref or two and get away with some calls.
