Is it against the CBA for a Player to Negotiate partial ownership of a Team when he signs with them.
Such as can Lebron when he become a UFA, ask the Nets for a % of the Team?

yes, that's not legal. Magic Johnson had to sell his portion of the Lakers back to Buss when he came back to coach.
