20 miles on the bike and a nice little pickup game?

Seems like hes keeping in shape if you ask me.

That second practice dunk was nice, he really got up.

LBJ is a hard worker who wants to win.

If only we can get rid of this incompetent bafoon of a coach.

Watching this really pisses me off, so I'm guessing he really was fatigued or what?Obviously hes playing against lower talent but hes a lot more aggressive here.

still excited to watch even though it was a pickup game. Did you catch first take? one guy blames the finals on Spo....

There's nothing wrong with that. Yeah LeBron played like crap, but people forget Spo didn't adjust at all to the Dallas zone. He didn't do anything. Just "try harder". Maybe that was to LeBron, but LeBron was being used wrong. He tried to be a facilitator. I find it hard to believe the Mavs defense stopped LBJ from penetrating. ANd if so, find a way for him to get in.

They say players win games, coaches win close games, something like that. Yeah well, when LBJ didn't bail out Spo, this is the result.

How about Heat losing 3 straight after Carlisle puts Barea to start? Spo waited til the last game to put in Rio from the beginning. The thing is, that didn't even work. Our defense was terrible as well, especially at the perimeter. They were raining 3's like crazy, but Spo would rather protect the paint against a shooting team.

It's nice to see LBJ still playing. But this also pisses me off. He's showing off when he bombed in the Finals. lol.... if I played like him in the FInals and said "NOT 1.. NOT 2.." in the Summer, I wouldn't be owning low level players for fun. Unless this was for charity... but still.
