Who would possibly be the back up PG?

Last season LeBron would stay with the bench and play PG... that didn't work out too well... he got runned down. :|

They actually seem optimistic about Cole. From Arison to Riley... I would be shocked if Spo somehow stops him from being in the rotation.

Right. First of all, there are so many b2b's, even Juwan can expect to see the court fairly regularly. Second, Spo himself has mentioned that Cole will see a good amount of action. These two games will see regular season rotations. Cole should be getting as many minutes as Rio got last season as a backup. I don't think anyone expects Rio to play 30+ minutes. PEACE.

EDIT: You can listen to the Spo interview on the Sedano show here: http://www.790theticket.com/jorgesedano.aspx

It's down the page a little in the little java app.

Im going to repeat this, Spo leaving him in at crunch time and Cole deliverying in just the second game of the season against the Celtics defense and team is a big statement.

I like to think that he stole Rio's minutes. Spo had no choice but to leave him out there. He just fits better. PEACE.

Rondo was a #21 pick. Cole clearly is not intimidated by NBA play. He's a great fast break point guard. He's got defensive chops. I think the Heat have got a diamond in the rough with this guy.

There's no way I want him starting .... We need someone to come off the bench and run the show cole seems to be the man and let's not discredit chalmers he's generated a lot of fast breaks with his d it's a good tandem so no hate on chalmers please
