Get used to this team now. We're a coasting/grind it out regular season team. That's just how it's going to be, time to deal with it. In the playoffs we'll get serious.

We didn't play poorly because we weren't "serious". That's a dumb excuse.

I can guarantee you we were as "serious" as possible against the Mavs last year.

They were serious against the Mavs, but they also weren't as experienced with each other and didn't have as much of a bench to turn to. Not giving LeBron any excuse for his Finals performance, but he did seem tired, the guy plays a ton of minutes, and played a lot of minutes in the BOS/CHI series. This team for sure goes into games against less than stellar teams with a cocky/arrogant attitude. Maybe its the fact of the short season(although they did it last year). But they enter these games thinking "Oh were the Miami Heat we've got this" and don't play with energy and let teams like Cleveland and Detroit hang around. I don't see why they wouldn't just want to get a big lead, and rest the whole fourth. They seem to come out with a different energy against big teams, and hopefully that will continue this week/weekend.

Just watched the game on my League Pass and I wish I didn't. What a pathetic outing by our team and we did not deserve to win this game. The Pistons blew multiple opportunities to beat us, whereas we were tired, careless and just didn't care. Two things I don't understand:

1) How can Bosh go 12/15 and not receive more touches/take more shots?!?

2) Why don't we use LeBron off the ball more? He got two wide open layups because we set screens for him and he cut to the basket. I liked his play off the ball more than I liked his play on the ball tonight.

Lebron was in the headlines because with 1 minute left in the game he MADE 6 straight free throws which resulted in a WIN for the Heat. Simple as that.

By the way, could you tell me who's in the headlines when we lose? Who's face do they show?

Ps, Joel Anthony is terrible.

Anthony looked like an allstar compared to UD. On a side note If UD is not well with his cracked ribs why in the world is he playing? We need UD healthy come playoff time not this hobbled version.

Agreed. It sound outlandish to say, but Joel Anthony finishes around the rim better than Haslem this season. That's...that's just sad. PEACE.
