Did I mention Iso?

Also, I can see it now: Joel Anthony backing down Amar'e Staudamire in the post.

Spo run a play? That will never happen.

Spo runs plenty of plays.

oh yes...i like this.

the good thing is we only need 2 of these 4 guys to step us for us and we will be almost unstopable :

(from most important to least) :

1)Pittman
2)Curry
2)Cole
4)Miller

none of those players contributed last year (for different reasons) so if 2 of them can give us a boost in the areas we need - we will dominate.

I think its more likely that none of those guys step up than two or more step up.

Curry gets into game shape and averages 11 and 6 on 54% shooting in 28mpg,providing Miami a center who can catch and finish well around the basket.

Cole will be in the runnings for ROY and D-Wade and LeBron will win Co-Finals-MVPs.

LMAO this. I think the correct thing to say would have been, "Lebron and Wade actually stick to the offensive gameplan? That will never happen."

That's what happens when you have two prima donna superstar wings on one team that have been used to holding onto the ball for years. One of them hates to be the decoy in a set for the other. Hell, the only play both of them have really enjoyed pulling off together are the bron-wade pnr's, and that's because both of them have a chance at getting some credit.
LeBron's NBA Cup MVP is more valuable than either of KD's Finals MVPs. This is the word of the Lord

By the end of the year, non-Heat fans are saying "If Cole didn't play next to the Big 3 he would suck. His stats are inflated".

Basically, the Rondo treatment - which is a good thing for us.

In all fairness to both of them, Wade really made an effort to defer and actually deferred far too much at the beginning of the season while LeBron simply isn't accustomed to anything but dominating the ball. Additionally, having an offensive gap at center (Joel) and shooters who don't hit shots doesn't help the cause. I also felt like our offensive struggles were overstated due to our inability to close out games. We actually ran a lot of nice and simple stuff and down the stretch, our offense was fine.
The hero ball really started in the last 5-6 minutes of most of the games, when everybody tried to win the game by themselves and that's where I agree with you, there egos came in the way of us winning the game.

Most definitely. I was being a little heavy-handed with my criticism there, but I just wanted to point out how overstated our "lack of an offense" is. There's a lot of quick hitters and simple plays that we run from Spo's playbook that looks like we're just winging it out there at first glance, but really it's just a simple play. We don't need buzzwords like the triangle to make sure our guys play smart offensive basketball. Just a willingness to buy into the gameplan. And yeah, the hero ball generally reared its ugly head during the last minutes of games and when our stars thought they needed to singlehandedly turn the tides when the other team was going on a run.

During the 1971–72 season the Lakers hold the record for longest winning streak (33).

(If healthy) I say at some point this season we take that record from them.

lol Pimperx

There's a lot of talk about the offense here. While the numbers are skewed, I mean we are the #1 offensive team in the league.... lol....

just at weird times they don't run anything, I can't wait for this team to play somebody challenging so we can test some things.

Kobe finally gets snubbed, Wade makes All defensive team.
Lebron Finals MVP.

We continue to shoot near 40% from 3 as a team.

We acquire a solid rotational big man at C.
