Why is Spo not giving Tarrel Harris playing time?

Howard dresses because if one of Haslem/Bosh/Joel got injured or in serious foul trouble, we would need one of Howard/Curry/Pittman to play minutes. As bad as Howard has looked, he's still looked better than Curry, and Pittman has obvious limitations not just in terms of his game, but literally in terms of his cariodo-vascular ability to play extended minutes.

Or, in short, we are simply thinner up front. You really only need 3 wings to get through a game, and we have 5 active on any given night (Wade-Lebron-Miller-Battier-Jones). Having Harris active would be total overkill at our most loaded position, while leaving us very thin at our weakest position (Curry and Howard inactive).
