Lebron clutch play

Post#1 » by bluerain » Sat Mar 3, 2012 1:15 am

Lebron defense has been a beauty to watch. That should be his focus in close game, something that he proud himself on, something he enjoy. That can be his role in close game. Portland game when they was on a comeback LBJ had a block a couple of steals. I think by doing this it can ease a little tension in his games, he would have a role in that manner. Also this is a good way for him to get some confidence back in his game.

Just a thought, what do you all think?

I'd rather have him score and play defense, as well as everyone else....

LeBron seems to have this will to win nowadays. He really wanted the Utah win. I'm happy for just that.

I hate that people are actually BLAMING him for what happened last night. It was the right basketball play, and I wouldn't mind him taking the last shot either. BUT without LeBron, there would have been no opportunity for a last shot anyway.

He hit two clutch shots to put us ahead with 20 seconds to go. Then Wade pretty much lost it. For being the go to guy, Wade sure choked the hell out of that free throw, and those two fouls. And then UD should have hit that shot.

Lebron was the only one who made any clutch plays last night. UD and Wade should be getting blamed. It's crazy that we're focusing in the one guy who made plays at the end of the game, just because that's what ESPN is forcing us to do.

I agree, this may be the first time I'm defending LeBron, but his pass was a the right play. Getting double teamed and hitting the open man is always the right play. I'll be honest, I hate LeBron for his ESPN special, but being critical on all of his (un)clutch moments is getting out of hand. He was pretty clutch for the most part.

LeBron has alway had a will to win. You absolutely could tell yesterday by now he just took it on himself to bring the team back (I must say, it'd be nice if he'd taken a bit more of the rebounding responsibility on himself in the first half and maybe the comeback might not have been needed) but that's just nit picking. The problem starts become that he overthinks some times. If he'd just stop thinking and play he'd be fine. that being said, I think you've got it this season.

Not only was LeBrons pass the right play, but Haslem should have passed it as well or have been rolling to the basket. But, Wade (or at least that's who I thought it was) was wide open.
