Do you think he would be a good acquisition by Miami?

Sure. He's getting up there in age, but right now I would certainly play him over Dex, Curry, or Juwan. Maybe even over Joel, too.

You know, I would consider Miller for Birdman, but I really want one of their young centers like Mozgov or Koufos. Very unlikely they'd trade either of those guys tho

Get ready to cry for the rest of the season. I mean we're gonna win the championship but it won't be pretty :ouch: :(

Don't know about the championship part, but I agree, grab a box of tissues because I doubt anything is going to happen.

George Karl is very high on Koufos and Mozgov which is a big reason as to why Bird has seen such limited minutes this year.

Birdman is owned a little more than 9M over the next 2 years. I'm guessing Denver would probably want an expiring an a pick (2nd maybe) for him. Its hard to say how much interest he will draw around the league.

Andersen gets pushed around easier than Joel

There's nothing Andersen can do that Varnado cannot do, plus Andersen fixes nothing, we need a big with good size (6-11 min) size able to run a little, rebound and stand his ground 1

We really missed on Dalembert, too bad he was going so hard after that extra 2 million $

Varnado.... I hope he takes Juwan Howard's place next year :|...

The Nuggets have 2 European bigs on their bench... Mosgov and Koufos. I saw him and I can't believe Nuggets have 3 good bigs and we have NADA lol. I'd take Koufos, he's cheap.

I'd like Ilyasova some how... dude can shoot, even tore apart of the Bulls (Not sure if it was because of Boozer, no idea), scrambles for rebounds, young and cheap... :|

Ilyasova is a possibility if the bucks decide on tanking and cashing in for picks. Right now his value is very high so I'm sure there are a few teams who are considering making the bucks an offer.

I was on the bucks board and the general consensus is that they want to trade him for a 1st rounder. We have one 1st rounder, if we're willing to part with that, then it's just a matter of throw-ins to even the contracts out.

Ilyasova is not a C, he's an SF/PF and those positions are filled quite well IMHO.

If Haslem can play the Center position... so can Ilyasova

I mean he's 6'10, getting 8 rebs a game and having a lot of double digit reb games nowadays, why not?

We never have a true Center out there playing Center anyway... Joel, Bosh, UD. Only one is Pittman...

He's not a C, and he really isn't a SF either, just a PF.

I wouldn't really go for him because, like you said, we have a good rotation of PF's and zero centers. If we got a third team involved maybe we could get a center, but that makes things complicated. And the more complicated a trade idea gets, the less likely it's going to happen. I doubt we get our hands on him

Ersan's having a great year and I'd like for him to be on Miami, but where is he going to fit in? He should keep his starting role, and the only way it works here is if LeBron moves to PG or Bosh moves to C, right? I like him so hopefully he gets out of Milwaukee and onto a decent team.
