Ummm no they're not. 76ers want NOTHING to do with 7th seed but the Knicks do for some strange reason.

You are spot on.

Its about matchups. The Knicks major advantages are nullified by the Chicago frontcourt and the perimeter defense.

Those are the 2 issues that Miami has had to deal with all season long ( 3 Pt. defense and rebounding/frontcourt size).

Philly on the other hand, probably because of Doug Collins, think they have a punchers chance against Chicago and none against Miami.

At the end of the day, both Miami and Chicago should be able to manouver around our respective first round opponents with relative ease. Miami in 5 or 6 games. Chicago in 4 or 5 games.
For love, not money.

Celtics are playing great ball since moving Allen to the bench, and KG to center. That's an objective reality.

That said...who cares?

Philly just wanted to make the playoffs. And because they think they can somehow win the 1st round they might take some rest. They will get the 8th seed. They might think they can handle Chicago in a 7 game series, but oh well.

Then we have the Knicks. I'm kind of excited. It would be so refreshing if we won in 5 or a sweep so their arrogant ass fans can stfu.

We won't be playing Ray Allen in the playoffs at the 2nd seed so ....

The Bulls get the C's. Obviously the winner there in the 2nd seed goes to the ECF.

Oh woooo we have Knicks and Pacers. Pacers will make it hard but they haven't convinced me they can close out games, last year they choked so bad against Chicago. Say what you want about the Heat in that situation but the Pacers remind me of Philly at the point where they can't make shots at the right time. Yeah they blew us out when we were sucking so bad last time. Big whoop. They will be tough, more deeper than us. But I don't see Wade and LeBron losing two the Pacers.

We make the ECF atleast. If they don't, they should be ashamed. Especially ashamed if they get bounced in the 1st round.

Doesn't matter. The Bulls will be our toughest challenge. If we can't overcome the east coast fodder, we don't deserve to go to the Finals. We beat the Celtics in 5, and that would have been a sweep if we didn't throw a pity party for Rondo's dislocated elbow. We got a lot better than the Celtics did in the offseason. Celtics will be lucky not to get bumped off in the first round.

You'd think the Celtics were a top team, but they're only #4 by virtue of being in the worst division in the league. They're competition is the Knicks and Sixers for the division win. Two teams we swept. The only reason the Celtics lead the series 2-1 is because they played us twice within 9 days when we were slumping and playing like ****.

If you're scared of the Celtics, I suggest you pick up your skirt and find another sport to watch. PEACE.

Hahaha, i got attacked!
Yeah, i was wrong by using the word screwed. I didnt mean that we are done because
we have Knicks-Pacers. Actually, I believe that this team can beat any team anytime and anywhere. What i meant was that if we won that easy Wizards game, we would
have a much easier road to ECF.

First round, we would have sixers and they are struggling. ( i believe knicks will take the 7th seed) Knicks will give more trouble that sixers, no doubt. Then, in second round, we would have celtics without allen. They are still a good team, but not as good as the Pacers. Pacers are playing really well. Then, in addition to easy matchups, we would have HCA.

Once again, i believe in this team and I think this is the year when big 3 get their first champ together. I agree with you guys, screwed wasnt the right word.

no. Atlanta and Joe Johnson has looked hot lately. But Atlanta's basketball IQ makes me wonder...

Boston looks good these days. We'll see I guess.
