I agree especially those turning on D wade. Anyone who have been Heat fans since before 06 would not turn on D wade. But this thread isn't going to be productive.

one game shouldn't change what he had done all playoffs, which have been subpar. he needs to be more consistent if this team is going to reach its potential.

That is not what I am talking about. What I am saying is if you have been a Heat fan since before we added Lebron you would not be calling out D wade and disrespecting him the way a lot of fans have done over the past few days. He has done too much for this team to ever be treated the way some fans act. All I am saying is have some respect and be glad that we have gotten to watch this guy play for his whole career.

Don't try to pull the 'I always supported Wade'-move. Most people here support him, but when he costs you 1 and a half game because he's by far the worst player on the floor, it's completely legit to call for Spo to bench him. Not defending s*it-talkers, but living in a world where Wade did everything right is just wrong.

Game 2 he played well, just not up to his usual standards, and he had a bad game 3. The thing I am fine with people criticizing is a lack of effort and game three he let his lack of scoring take him out of it, and he played lazy. But fans on this board really don't understand that there are more aspects to a game than scoring. Wade did not have that bad of a first half in game 4. Yes he struggles to find his shot, but his energy level was there and he was doing plenty of other things to help the team.

To call Wade by far the worst player on the floor during any game in his career shows a total lack of knowledge about what you are talking about.

It's proportional to who he is. Even with 90 years in a wheelchair he won't be the worst player on the floor. But there is now way you call his game 3 a 'bad' game. It was a meltdown and IMO by far the worst in his career. His first half tonight wasn't as bad, but you really can't say that he did ''plenty'' of other things. He missed nearly all his shots, rebounded and assisted near to nothing and I couldn't neither see him create any space for LeBron or him setting screens. I love this guy, but when he plays that bad there is no problem on pointing the finger at it. Luckily his 2nd half was 2k12-like and we're back in the series.

We've known that this forum is full of glory hunters since the arrival of the big 3. It's nice to sit back and smile after a game like that and just know that the glory hunters CANNOT get the same pleasure that we can from it.
