Spo: 4th NBA season.
Doc: 13th NBA season. One time NBA champ.
Spo is probably the best coach given his experience, but he isn't anywhere near Rivers. His lack of experience hurts us in many ways (drawn plays, fouls not taken, ...), but he does his job pretty well given he's on the most Hollywood team this league has ever seen. Though, Doc should be able to win at least one game for his team. That's another reason why I want OKC and not Pop in the FInals.
