Why Does Everyone Hate Chalmers?

Rio is either your best friend or your worst enemy. Game 2 he was the worst enemy. Just horrible decisions on offense and didn't seem to know where he needed to be on defense most of the time. Norris actually came in and although he had a couple of stupid dumb rookie plays, he played more under control than Rio.

Dude has a ton of talent and heart but not the basketball IQ to go with it. A shame really because he could be special.

Honestly Chalmers doesn't give a fck, dude thinks he's an All-star and should be taking the last shot in games which is great in terms of confidence.

Game 2 had one of the funniest Chalmers' boneheaded decisions ever. The shot clock was running down with Lebron and Wade on both wings. Lebron is trapped swings the ball to Chalmers. Wade is calling for it, Chalmers sees Durant on him and waves him off like, "Nah I got this", then proceeds to drive right into the 6'11" Durant, automatic turnover.

I think he was the only player on the court who the thought the mismatch was in favour him instead of Durant

The Antoine Walker comparison is dead on. He was the only player that can make me cheer for him, get extremely mad at him, cheer, anger, cheer, etc.

Nobody hates Chalmers but he is a bonehead. He can either play amazing or down right disgusting.

I will give it to him that he is clutch and a great three pointer shooter and the fact since last years Finals he has matured but he should go to the gym and just focus on his passing. Some games I think he thinks LeBron is superman by the way he lobs the ball lmao.

I don't believe anyone hates him. It's just a huge deal of frustration. Some of his mistakes are mindbogglingly difficult to believe. I'd like to think that most of us (players and fans, alike) see his improvements and appreciate how he's stepped up on occasion though.
