Hes doing better but its ring or bust. Lets be real he was so out coached in the finals that it cost us a championship. Like others have said im a skeptic but a ring will change that

I know man, but just watching Lebron, Wade and Bosh after games....there is no celebrating just quick hugs and high fives...all business yo.. and they took each team down in 5 games last year..Maybe Chicago might be an issue, but I think they want to get to the Finals ASAP no more giving teams chances

So am I alone when I wish we had an elite head coach? I like Spo, don't get me wrong, but imagine what we would accomplish with an elite head coach, or even like a Lawrence Frank type of coach.

I'd take Spo over Frank. Spo has an amazing mentor in Pat Riley and he's showing it this year.

Just like lebron spo is gonna have to prove himself to you guys lol. His defensive approach (as well as Wade) kept Miami in the playoffs for two years before Lebron and Bosh came to town. I believe you guy's defense was already top 10 both years. Spo had freakin underachieving Beasley as the second option lol. I think Spo is an excellent coach and although he was outcoached in the finals, it wasn't all on him. Lebron couldve averaged 3 or 4 more points and they would've won the series. Pat Riley is a fantastic mentor and Spo is a genius son...I cant wait until they are popping champange bottles and spraying Spo with it lol
