Please learn that per possession stats and dozen others means NOTHING when your team hasn't even played 10 games.

The problem with that is last year the Celtics were 5.2 points/100 poss worse and their defense took off when Avery Bradley started playing.
Two years before that they were 2 points worse.
I wouldn't be surprised if Ray has a negative impact on on/off +/- on defense at the all star break. He's just not a good defender anymore (obviously can still shoot)
