The GB is LOLing at it saying it's funny but when wade did it was "dirty and douchy".
read some of the quotes "JARRETT JACK IS SO AWESOME!!
wish he was a rocket...i really like him, always have"
"Wade did it first. If Wade can do it everyone else should be able to do it too. Only fair. So next time Wade drives into the lane kicking him should be allowed as well."
there is a lot more smh

Personally I dont see anything wrong with what Jack did apart from maybe throwing it a little to far.
Having a shoe on the floor at the top of the key is dangerous especially in live play.

I agree. Tossing it off the court is alright imo, but throwing into the stands is not . A fan throwing a shoe onto the court would not be treated so lightly. I'd be pissed if I got hit with a damn shoe that some fool threw from the court. I'd throw it right back then probably get arrested

i looked at it a few times. at first i saw nothing wrong with it... then i thought he threw the shoe too far and jsut went overboard.

Then on further review I go back to there was nothing wrong with the play since he just sprinted the court then did an underhand toss towards the baseline while trying to keep his eyes on where the ball last was, then he immediately focused to where the ball was before he picked up the shoe and quickly located the cutter with the ball and tried to defend the drive without fouling. I think his play prevented potential injury.

Furthermore since NBA does not stop play for player gear on the floor and only for foreign objects thrown onto the court by fans then this is a better alternative than having a million dollar athlete potentially twist their ankle or worse for no reason.
