Umm Lebron is probably smarter than Wade 99.9999 of the time. Get that bull outta here. Homer. getting creamed because Wad finally played above average. Cept his freethrow's. alway's something off about him.

Also there's this other guy from the west who's 6'10 that shoot's three's and long 2's as well. Rhymes with Devin Kurant.

 dude seriously go some where with that wade bashing bs...

Am I the only one who thinks Ray's defense has improved in the last handful of games or so? I'm no longer cringing when he's left out there late in games. He's fouling less and funneling his man to the help better.

I'm still smh at his lob to Joel. Joel's finished some lobs before, but not one of those long bombs. I respect Ray for trying to reward his big man for running the floor. It was ballsy. A little reckless, but ballsy. PEACE.

lol...It's not about being "smart" guys, it's about being cautious. Lebron has a much greater load to carry in the post season than Wade or any other HEAT player for the matter, not to forget he participated in the Olympics, so he's just not going to spend a lot of his time attacking the rim in hopes to draw fouls during regular season games when he can get his points in a number of ways. No one is better at finishing at the rim than Lebron, so sure it can be frustrating at times when he "settles" for the jump shot, but I also understand potential injuries or wearing down against a team like the Raptors (or any other team in a "non big" game) is not worth it either, when again...he can still score 31 on over 50% by playing a mixture of a perimeter/attacking based game... Now on the final posession at the end of regulation, he should have attacked the rim when being guarded 1 on 1. If defenders collapse the paint then maybe you get the call, maybe you don't. Other than that, games where Lebron attacks the rim relentlessy like he did against the Lakers will come every blue moon for the regular season. It's pretty obvious but I'm ok with that, the less wear the better.

Yeah you're the only one...lol. Nah, but saying you see improvement from Ray on D is a bit of a stretch I think, but he hasn't been as brutal with bad fouls as of late. I'll give him that.

And if Joel had executed that lob, would have been my new avatar but in Joel fashion he botched it...lol damn.

Jordan never fully understood basketball. He had the lowest basketball IQ of any NBA "superstar" in history.

WADE SHOT 68% FROM THE FIELD

THE GUY WENT BEASTMODE. everyone talking about if a prime wade would be better than a prime ray allen on this team. you are watching a prime wade. a coasting til the playoffs prime wade, but nonetheless a prime wade.

The only thing that I didn't like about DWade's game last night was all those missed free throws. Could have had 40+ if he knocked them down. It's amazing how hot and cold he gets at the foul line. Get back to using Noah Dwyane!

When Wade has explosive games these days, he always seem to be horrible from the FT line, which is why we call him Mygraine Wade when it happens.

We didn't defend well on a consistent basis, but came through down the end. Not a great game, but you gotta give the Raptors some credit, they made some tough shots despite good defense. The Big Three plus Ray came through, as they should.

You gotta love at the player homerism in this thread. "Oh if LeBron was only as smart as Wade" "He's smarter 99% of the time" "Wade gets more calls in the paint and always has", do you guys even think before you post? They're two smart, unselfish, highly talented basketball players on our team, so pull your skirts back down, it's getting disgusting.

Homerism? Ok man. I criticize Wade when he makes bad decisions. I criticize everyone on this team when they screw up.

Part of what makes a fan a homer is when they can't accept any criticism and proceed to bash another poster because of it.

As talented as LeBron is, it's scary to think how greater he would be if he realized that shooting 3s or long 2s early in the clock, when his team has a lead, is a bad decision.

I feel like whenever Wade has a good FT shooting day, LeBron has an awful one and vice versa. They hardly ever sync up in terms of both of them actually hitting their FTs.

No it's not, he's a very good and reliable jump shooter and as much of an athletic freak as he is, it's harder for him to get to the basket than it is for Wade because he's so big. If it's a good rhythm shot, I'm more than fine with LeBron taking those, even early in the shotclock when he's feeling it. The same goes for Wade by the way. Milking the clock is not always smart when you can get a better shot earlier in the clock. The longer you milk the clock, the more desperate do you become and the less likely are you gonna get a good shot against a defense that is probably at its best intensity wise. Also, when did LeBron take such a bad shot last night?

I can accept criticsm, but I don't see how yours is constructive (not that the reactions are any better either) because a) LeBron is a high IQ basketball player, b) he's also become a pretty good jump shooter and c) see the point I just made.

Lebron shoots 52 percent, gets a trip dub, shoots 85.7 percent from the line while shooting 7 free throws, only has 3 turnovers...and people are talking about him not being a smart basketball player and talking about his jumpshot, when he's been one of the best midrange jump shooters in the NBA for 5 years now?

Should have won this game by a good amount. We had the three best players and a bunch of good games from guys.

Defense was abysmal.

Ironically we killed them on the boards because they were small.

What was up with the last "play" of regulation? We should have been able to get a better shot than that.

We got a win but another under-performance. We needed overtime to beat a really bad team.
