21.2 ppg
7.5 rpg
62% FG!
1 TO per game!

Anyone who says he doesn't deserve to be an allstar is out of their minds.

THink of this.

All those numbers. As a THIRD option on the second best team in the NBA. 0 plays ran for him. People just cannot appreciate that enough. Those are first option on a bad team type stats.
The fact he can put up 62% with half the shots is just so efficient.

Exactly. And people always say Lebron helps Bosh so much bla bla bla... But they never mention how Bosh opens up Lebron's game, and makes it easier for him.

The big 3 is a perfect fit to each other. Bosh doesn't have an ego like say Howard.

I'm glad bosh is starting in the all star game he deserves the love. Wade always gets put up there with lebron when u talk about what the heat need to do to win (mostly just with the media), but bosh and bron have been the most consistent players on the team this year. I just read an article on bleacher report listing the top 5 players at every position.... Bosh wasn't even on the list, which is just absurd. He went in on ibaka last night despite ibakas defensive praise by the media. Essentially went bucket for bucket with Aldridge earlier in the week, I'm pretty sure he gave it to David lee last time the warriors and heat played. But all 3 were listed above him.... It just blows my mind how overlooked he gets.... The world just wants to acknowledge how lebron went off in game 6,7 in the ECF last year, he did step up huge so I get that but those were essentially boshs first big minutes after the injury vs Indiana. The heat had no answer for kg without him... He also hit those big threes in game 7. I don't know, I get why people love wade and tend to brush bosh aside, you have wade with his highflying acrobatics and euro step puttin the ball over people's head, it is sexier to watch. But bosh is such an efficient player the heat would be hurt more with bosh out than they would with wade out.

Bosh is invaluable to the team. That value goes off the charts when he chooses to be aggresive, gives all out effort, and puts up the type of production he has recently.

Just checked his efficiency and wow, 56% for primarily a jumpshooter is ridiculous. He's shooting 57% from 16-23 feet. Unbelievable.

He's a great team defender and a great PnR defender. His defense is underrated.

Still think that a better coach would use him better

It can't be all on Spo though. Bosh has to take responsibility on how he's being used. play harder, get into the paint more often. Also Wade and LBJ have to make sure they feed him, find him on cuts and when he's rolling.

It starts with Spo, but after 3 years the players can help maximise his abillty too.

I'm aware, I wasn't saying that he's not a good defender. I was saying that when he's in a slump, his whole game slumps, not just one aspect of it.

[quote="STA 13"]Last 5 games:

23 pts on 65% shooting with 8.6 rebounds in only 33 minutes per game[/qu

Those numbers r slick!!

I will admit I was critical of him a few weeks ago when the team was slumping and getting hammered on the boards and bosh was rebounding soft.

Got to give it to him, he did hear the criticism and has responded in the best way possible. He has averaged 10+ boards in the last 3 games and that's what we need from him. If he plays like this in the playoffs book a repeat now.

Does anyone think it is a coincidence Bosh has stepped up since adding bird? Me thinks not, I think he has relaxed a lot more and gone back to his game knowing he has a quality backup and manning the 5 is not all on his back

when is Chris Bosh's prime? I really wonder about this. If he can improve it would be awesome for us

I'm a big fan of Bosh, he's one of those players you just enjoy rooting for to succeed because he catches so much flak for no reason. Great to see him having success and playing like he's capable of. Plus that jumpshot is quickly becoming an aphrodisiac. lol.

Someone mentioned this on the Raps board, but its funny how fans supposedly hate egotistical, ego filled athletes but then hate on a guy like Bosh who honestly is just a smart, well mannered geeky guy. I prefer players like him over the thugs like JR Smith...

His AS was definitely not him at his best lol, don't know what happened since he's usually pretty good in these games. But the overreaction to some nutmegs that lead to nothing and Lebron getting blocked a few times shows how much Heat Hate there still is out there. You should have seen some of the posts in the Raps forum. Same dudes who were cheering him now calling him gay/fruity/loser...
