I think that's all anyone was saying, having an off shooting night is understandable, it was the way it happened that looked weird. Player fans getting super defensive is really obnoxious though, and reminds me why I don't post on this board much anymore, as it is less and less the Miami Heat board and more and more the LeBron James board. I love the guy but he's as open to criticism as every other player on this team, and I think people were more unsure of why he played the way he did tonight than anything else, he flat looked uninvolved at times.

Actually, I'd say LeBron looked Bosh-like in his offensive approach to the game tonight, and by that I mean he was thinking about what he was going to do too much before doing it, instead of just attacking.

Still, great team win, and LeBron did a great job picking apart the defense even if his own offense suffered.

+1

its not about player fans, its one game, learn to relax, sheesh
after watching what the guy has done in every single game, why would u panic?

Quality win against a very good team. Defensively, Memphis is as tough as it gets in this league and they really took it to us, but we responded well as a team and pulled out the win. This is the kinda team that's a matchup nightmare for us because unlike the Thunder, they have two bigs who are very good on both ends of the floor. Conley is also a much improved decision maker at the point and he really picked our defense apart.
I really enjoyed watching this game though, as it was close, tough basketball with good execution and good defense. I wish one would see that more often.

You will see it when it counts. Skip wants to see LeBron driving to the rim. He'll see it when it counts. LeBron isn't going to get injured for regular season wins. Theres no point. When it's playoffs u'll see the King living at the rim.

I cant stand that anoying ****, Some posters trying to look holier than the pope and get super sensivite about anything slightly negative being said. You can criticize ANYONE on the Heat if you do it in a proportional way.

Why do people here always have to complain about other fans or try to label what's a real Miami Heat fan vs some other type of fan? Just let stuff go, people disagree. Tim said Lebron looked scared. A bunch of people jumped on that. Now we're all somehow complaining that the board is full of "player fans" vs Miami fans? But when it was Wade everyone loved, there was no problem with "miami" fans vs "wade fans?" I just don't get the bickering, just make your point and be done with it. We don't have to beat every topic into the ground until we're at the point of constantly cutting each other down and trying to talk **** about other fans, there's just no need for that when, as everyone is well aware, every other team is ready to blast Miami fans in a moment's notice. That's what makes me not want to post here--so much negativity.
